What happens after I send the form?
We read the brief, come back with relevant comparable work and clarifying questions, then hold a 30-minute call. If it is a fit you get a written scope with timelines and a fixed price. If it is not, we say so.
Is the first conversation free, and is it a sales pitch?
It is free and there is no pitch. You get an honest view on fit, rough effort and the risks we can already see, whether or not you work with us.
What details should I include in my brief?
The problem you are trying to solve, the current stack if there is one, any deadline, and a rough budget range. Even a few lines is enough to start a useful conversation.
How do you handle confidentiality and our data?
We sign an NDA before any detail is shared, work under a GDPR-compliant DPA, and only collect the contact details you submit for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Do you support clients outside UK and EU hours?
Standard cover is aligned to UK and EU business hours, with agreed out-of-hours and weekend escalation available on managed support retainers.
