Who we are
Skillorix Global is the controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at gb@skillorixglobal.com. We are based in New Delhi, India and serve clients across Europe.
What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, work email, company, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this only to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where you tick the consent box, your consent.
Cookies
We set a strictly necessary cookie to remember your language and your cookie choices. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you allow them in the cookie banner. Read the cookie policy.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless we enter into a contract, in which case statutory retention periods apply. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
International transfers
Our delivery team is based in India. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with technical and organisational safeguards, and we sign a data processing agreement (AVV) with every client.
Processors we use
We use a hosting provider to serve this website and an email delivery service to send enquiry notifications. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and only handles data on our instructions.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to gb@skillorixglobal.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS, access is limited to the people who need it, and we operate least-privilege access controls across our systems.
